Folks, I was curious about people calling the health care protests “astroturf;” meaning, the protesters are recruited to be there by right-wing fringe leaders like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, and, the mobfather himself, Rush Limbaugh.

But, people seem to be missing the point.  Nancy Pelosi, for example, called those asking questions of the Messiah “Un-American.”  But, in 2006, she said, “I’m a fan of disruptors.”

And he also blames the “ruckus” on “cable news.” Now, ladies and gentlemen, let’s not be dim here.  He means Fox News.

But, if it turns out these groups are getting marching orders from groups,–in the words of Rush Limbaugh–’bout damn time.

And I completely agree.  The aggressor sets the rules, folks.  The left-wing loons set a precedent for disruptive behavior, and to refer to the questioning of an elected official as “Un-American” is simply that.

Now, let’s take a look at the real astroturf.

Folks, this was crazy. A couple of days ago, Megyn Kelly asked Bill Burton about the “enemies list.” She asked if the White House will keep the email addresses of the people being reported. He could not, and actually refused to answer the question.

$2,531,600 for “Ham, Water Added, Cooked, Frozen, Sliced, 2-lb” Now, if I may, isn’t that what they spent money on above?

And, if you look closely…they’re the SAME DAMN company…

So, actually, they spent $3.7 Mil for ham…

The quote is:

That’s right kids, not only do you not need to have even a working understanding of how a constitution works (Unlike the Supreme Court in California), you need to have “Empathy” to sit on the Supreme Court– like Barack Obama’s recent nominee Sonia Sotomayor. Mrs. Sotomayor, in addition to having a name with sweet alliteration, said she hopes “that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life”. Justice is blind, one must not use “empathy” while administering this kind of justice.  Justice is blind, and no one should take into account any “life experiences” or “empathy” in order to administer justice.

Folks, she is not fit to be a Supreme Court Judge, based solely on her “empathy” standard.

Here is the Oath of Office administered to Supreme Court Justices:

“I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

“Without respect to persons…I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me…”

Impartiality…It’s important.  “She’s not fit, she must quit.” –To paraphrase the great American defense attorney Johnnie Cochran…

You should call up your Senators and Representatives and let those on the Judicial Committee know that Justice is Blind.

Also, Barack Obama has chosen to not celebrate the National Day of Prayer publicly.  And, of course, when Robert Gibbs was asked if Obama would choose a church, he responded, “He may.”

So, he publicly celebrates a Mexican military victory that happened over 140 years ago…But he won’t publicly celebrate the National Day of Prayer…

I guess there isn’t a satasfactory Black Liberation Theology church in DC…

Folks, a lawsuit has been filed by several white firefighters in New Haven, Connecticut because their advancement tests were thrown out because of a lack of African American eligibility.

The tests were thrown out when, out of the 118 people who took the test, the fifty six who had passed turned out to be white and Hispanic.

The cited reason was that the test was biased.

The case will go to the Supreme Court.

Ladies and gentlemen, so much for being an equal opportunity employer.  If I were a firefighter, I wouldn’t care what race my crew is…Hell, they could be martians for all I care…the ability to do their job is all I care about.

Obviously none of the black candidates were qualified.  Simple as that.  But to blame the multiple choice test for a lack of ability is just insane.  I’m glad the firefighters are suing.  They should have been promoted.

What is the department going to do?  Throw out the tests until they finally get the desired result?
