WaPo/ABC Uses Skewed Poll Data and Fuzzy Questions to Sway Results in Bami’s Favor

Posted on 20 October 2009 by Mr. Harrington

This seems to be a trending topic among the State Run Media…  Remember when CNN used skewed poll numbers?

Well, in the latest WaPo/ABC poll, 33% of those polled were Democrats, and only 20% were Republicans…

           Democrat Republican Independent
10/18/09 33 20 42

And here is the fuzzy question in question…

8. Would you support or oppose having the government create a new health insurance

plan to compete with private health insurance plans?

           Support Oppose
10/18/09 57 40

The only problem with that question is that private insurance can’t compete with the government.  It isn’t possible.  It is fundamentally not possible.

The government does not need to make a profit.  They don’t have overhead, they don’t have to meet a budget.  They have the power to tax.  Private insurance does not have that power.

Oh well…I guess the Liberal Media can continue to be the lap dogs of the Government as opposed to the guard dogs for the people.

Washington Post Issues Correction Over Racist Undertones…

Posted on 22 September 2009 by Mr. Harrington

Folks, in the original article, the Washington Post suggested that the duo who recorded the ACORN tapes were motivated by racism.

The correction states,

“This article about the community organizing group ACORN incorrectly said that a conservative journalist targeted the organization for hidden-camera videos partly because its voter-registration drives bring Latinos and African Americans to the polls. Although ACORN registers people mostly from those groups, the maker of the videos, James E. O’Keefe, did not specifically mention them.”

I am sick and tired of being called a racist. There are a lot of Americans with a lot of anger brewing…This kind of crap better stop, or bad things will begin to happen…

Well…They Can't Even Spell Citizen…

Posted on 15 May 2009 by Mr. Harrington

Folks, this is horrible…not only the subject matter of the document, but the blatant idiocy of the Government.

And I misrepresented the issue…they can’t spell the plural of “Citizen.”

In their “Citizen’s Briefing Book” they used Citizen’s incorrectly…Unless we are all supposed to carry it around…Because, folks–I know I’m taking you back to fifth grade, but stay with me–it should be “citizens’.”  Plural…

Anyway…I figured that would be too hard…so I’m gonna move on.

The number one priority of the “Citizen” is to legalize pot…Good work, America!

Number two?  Legalize Online Gambling…

Number three?  Remove the Tax Exemption from the Church of Scientology…While I agree, I don’t think that it is that urgent…

I don’t know what to think…so I’m going to referr you to Mark Williams’–see, I paid attention in school–blog post on the subject.

…Wow.

National Security Council Gets New Coat of Paint

Posted on 07 February 2009 by Mr. Harrington

Ladies and Gentlemen, while I agree the NSC could possibly use a revamp–I’m not sure…that’s why I’m not in the NSC, I see one problem with the new plans.

James Jones, a National Security Adviser, said, “The world that we live in has changed so dramatically in this decade that organizations that were created to meet a certain set of criteria no longer are terribly useful.”  He also added that the Council would call on the help of other departments on a “case by case” basis.

However, there was one quote that got my attention…

The Washington Post said, “New NSC directorates will deal with such department-spanning 21st-century issues as cyber security, energy, climate change, nation-building and infrastructure.”

Climate Change?

Climate Change?

Since when is getting a little warmer/colder a risk to National Security?  If I’m not mistaken, when New York Harbor froze over, NATIONS DID NOT FALL!
