So, folks, Glenn Beck spoke today about the new book The Coming Insurrection.
It’s dangerous. It calls for revolution. It calls for revolution against Capitalism. Another French Revolution is coming…this book explains it. You should read it. Know who we are dealing with.

Surrounding Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Mark Sanford, and Ed Sullivan, it might be hard to remember that THERE IS A VOTE ON THE LARGEST TAX INCREASE EVER on the floor today…
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, congress, in order to ram through the 1,201 page bill, they have decided to vote today.

This is ridiculous. How are they expected to read the bill? To put it in perspective, they are asking the other representatives to read Atlas Shrugged in one day…and UNDERSTAND IT!
Now, an organization called Let Freedom Ring has made a pledge card that asks congresspeople to vote on the healthcare bill, only after they have personally read it and it has been made available to the people.
And as a quick asside, two people have signed the pledge… Jim Demint and James Inhofe…
Now they just need one for the largest tax ever…
Looks like they’ll need a speed-reader…

That silence is so telling.
Apparently, they can’t find a physical copy of the 300 page amendment…
And also, there isn’t a rule that requires a physical copy to vote…or, if there is, the important sounding person at the big podium isn’t aware of one…
Barton: “If a bill for which there is no copy were to actually pass House, could bill be sent to Senate having no copy?”
Apparently there isn’t a copy…anywhere…even on the desk…
Will they recess to form a search party to find the 300 page amendment? Barton requested a short recess to find the official copy…
Markey says no.
It’s a circus…
Jason Chaffetz, Representative from Utah, said on tweeted, “Dems still don’t have a final finished hard copy of bill, 1,500 pages now. And we are supposed to vote on this? Nobody has read it in full.”
Representative Bilbray: “The biggest threat to environment is the smoke coming from backroom deals”
A representative wished to have a moment of silence for those who will lose their jobs had his request objected to…
UPDATE: Well, John Boehner is going to fillabuster! He is going to read every page of the 300 page amendment…
I guess that means they found it…

You guessed it…La Raza…
Any group that calls themselves “The Race” scares me…
That adds more weight to her statement:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”
In case you don’t know what La Raza is, it is a group that advocates driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants, amnesty for them too, and the seperation of several southwestern states from the Union…

According to Yahoo News, after Dingy Harry congratulated Obama on a speech he gave, Obama said, “I have a gift, Harry.”
This exchange is documented in the epilogue–called “The Obama Era”–of Harry Reid’s new book, The Good Fight.
What a pretentious…
Oh nevermind…
But in all honesty, if this encounter happened as was reported, Barack Obama is a pompous jackass.
This all is revealed as artist Michael D’Antuono unveils his newest painting, “The Truth.”
This painting features a messianic Obama.

To call the President! To call your Congressman! To call your Senator!
Tell them that what they are doing is hurting. You need to tell them that they need to do what’s best for the people, not what’s best for the pet projects. While you need to be considerate and polite, be firm. Tell them that if they don’t begin to do what’s right for America, they’re going to be fired.
Hold their feet to the fire! Call them every day if you must. And, if they don’t shape up, Fire them during the next election!

For what its worth, he was the first radio program I ever listened to, and, when my local radio station, KFBK, dropped him from their afternoon news, I was heartbroken. Radio was never the same.

Ladies and gentlemen, Huey P. Long. This man could have radically changed the way America works. This is why you should care.
During the 1930s, the Great Depression gave the populist movement momentum in its fight against the upper class. The thirties mirror the current economic situation: Banks crumbling under their own weight, big corporations’ CEOs personal financial and legal trouble, and the lack of available jobs.
Lack of available jobs. This is the point, folks, this is why you should care.
“The Kingfish” Huey P. Long spearheaded the populist movement. Huey Long was the governor of Louisiana in the 1930s and created the “Share Our Wealth” program. This wealth redistribution program was the result of a more radical approach to the problem of the Great Depression.
The pillars of this program were:
The limitation of personal net worth to between 100 and 300 times the average,
The check from the government worth one third of the average household net worth—funded by taxing the upper class,
A pension for all.
Mr. Long was able to reach a large number of people through his shameless self-promotion. He was a true advertiser. He was a brand, and he sold it.
