Ladies and gentlemen, today, I am going to do something I rarely do–emote.

Folks, I am saddened by the amazing demonstration of his lack of leadership. I am so frustrated with our government’s ability to be so irredeemably awful at a time like this.

As I have reported, Obama’s stimulus plan is anything but; The title is wrong on two levels. It has become Queen Bee Pelosi’s spending bill. How, in economic times such as these, can any government think about spending almost a hundred thousand dollars on doorbells?  It makes me sick.
It makes me sick that, after “debating” on the floor of the house, they can take a quick vacation to Virginia and stay at a resort spa…At $100,000 expense to the taxpayer. And now, after telling the American people that we will never recover if the bill is not passed soon, Barry can join them in their resort retreat. Which it really is…
Fear mongering is no way to lead, and neither is skipping town.
You know, I answered yes to several of Glenn Beck’s questions; however, I feel as though I may have spoken too soon.
While I believe that America, at its core is all of those things, I also believe that we are veering away from those values.
I had a dream of being president, but if that means that I have to do what our leaders are doing–nothing– than I don’t want to be a part of it.

Barack Obama’s presidency has already been fraught with trouble.  He has chosen several people who have tax troubles to be in his cabinet.  He has completely alienated those who did not vote for him.  What is he trying to do here?

Folks, its not about Republican or Democrat, its not about Black or White, gay or straight, male or female, or any of the other countless imagined associations; its about right and wrong here, people.  What Barack Obama needs to do is stop.  He needs to stop pushing this stimulus and let the senators figure it out; he needs to realize it is no longer his bill, and set it down.  He needs to take a step back and look at American in the long run.

Can you believe it?  We may never ever recover!  So we must spend more money than God in order to get us out.  Yes.  That’s perfect.  Spend up the wazoo in order to make money.

To quote Lindsey Graham (R-SC), “Scaring people is not leadership,” and Barack Obama is “AWOL.”

UPDATE:  “This economy needs support from the government, a check from the government in the trillions.  There is a potential catastrophe if the U.S. government continues to focus on billions of dollars,” said Bill Gross.

UPDATE:  It is interesting that just two weeks before Barry mentioned the inevitable catastrophe he said, “We have chosen hope over fear.”

Looks like hope doesn’t work…
