So when he said,

“I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he’s African-American,”

He really meant:

Those who attacked Obama as a person were tinged by racism.

          The reason you are unfamiliar with the name Joseph A. Palermo is not a failure on your part. It is because of Palermo’s failings to rise up in the liberal ranks to make a name for himself. But believe me when I say this race-baiter has done everything imaginable to be recognized by the delusional left, and the public in general.

            I actually had the displeasure of experiencing Palermo’s preaching my sophomore year at California State University, Sacramento. It wasn’t the fact that Palermo was saying things I’d never heard before, but his zeal and brazenness that made him stand out among the other patchouli loving professors. In the ideological monopoly known as College, Palermo stood out as a Chief Executive Officer… or at the least a store manager. Palermo is a perfect product of academia: A non-thinking person plagued with the disease of Marxist regurgitation.

Former Failure

Former President (and abject failure) Jimmy Carter told NBC Nightly News Teusday that “an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he’s African-American.”
Not even a year into the Obama presidency, and already his policies are too difficult to defend without using the “racism” straw man. Where is Carter’s proof of this racism? Calling Tea Party Patriots and people who are against the healthcare overhaul is crying wolf. Anyone who dares criticize this President or his policies is branded a racist. The liberals who are crying wolf are making the word “racist” so meaningless that it is becoming a bad joke. This behavior undermines the real progress we have made as Americans to defeat racism.
It is a sad day when liberals must brand ordinary Americans as racists in order to believe there is still a reason for supporting this President.

…Or maybe I am wrong, maybe I really do just hate a black man being president. All this time, I thought it was things like:

Threatening to throw AIG execs into the angry SEIU mobs,

“Stupid” cops,
A racist Supreme Court judge- who quotes Norman Thomas,
Threats to bankrupt the coal industry,
Stroking class envy,
NEA calling artists and funding + creating propaganda artwork,
The money grubbing, corrupt, child-sex pedaling, tax fraud advising ACORN,
Cash for Clunkers,
School speech asking children how they can personally “help the president”,

Afghanistan,
Articles in Newsweek explaining “Obama is a better Catholic than the Pope”,
An administration insisting that government should be the one creating competition with insurance companies, and not allowing competition in the free market through state lines,
Dead people receiving economic porkulus checks,
Democrat Congresswoman Schakowsky bragging about destroying the health insurance industry,

…But maybe I’m just a knuckle-dragging racist simpleton.

CNN Reports:

“President Obama doesn’t think the protests and the growing conservative movement against Obama are motivated by racism.”

Of course they’re conservative…

Robert Gibbs was on CNN’s State of the Union today and said,

“I don’t think the president believes that people are upset because of the color of his skin.”

Really?

Do I really need to break it down?

Are they suggesting that the anger anger toward Barack Obama is not over the huge amounts of money he has spent; closing Gitmo without a plan; buying GM; being in bed with GE; motioning our debt; saying he wants to bankrupt the coal industry; expressing interest in taking over the health insurance industry; or comparing his bowling skills to the Special Olympics, but because he’s BLACK?  Really?  It’s not about any of that, its only about the color of his skin…

Folks, this is idiotic.  As a conservative, I have heard the race card too many times.  It is getting old.  I thought he was the “post-racial” candidate…
