Today we have some exciting new features that we are excited to implement here at the Report.
First, there are new ways to have the your favorite newsblog brought to you, not at all unlike a dog trained to bring you your slippers and a newspaper after a long day. Just head on over to the Become a Friend of the Report page and do just that–become a friend of The Harrington Report! After you sign up for the RSS Feed (the easiest way to get the most up to the second content) make sure you sign up for the Email subscription service to get a recap of the day’s stories sent to you, and don’t forget about Twitter and Facebook!
Second: today we are introducing two new ways to keep in touch with the stories that the Report will be paying special attention to. Certain posts will have and icon at the top left that reads either “Breaking” or “Featured”. These badges are an easy way for you, our intrepid reader, to know at a glance what stories we are keeping an eye on. And if you want to quickly filter out only stories that are “Breaking” or “Featured”, simply click on the icons to open up a collection of only those stories! Whose got your back? Oh, that would be your friends at The Harrington Report.
Here’s what the badge for Breaking stories looks like:
And here is what you will see adorning a Featured story:
(Devastatingly simple, eh?)

In accordance with The Harrington Report’s continuing commitment to excellence and community involvement (not the same kind of “Community Involvement” Barry O. is so fond of) we will from time to time have polls up on our site to see what y’all think about a given topic. Today we look at whether Barry will tour the damage wrought from the first natural disaster of his presidency.

Whoever thought giving the Queen of England an ipod as a gift was a good idea needs to be fired immediately. Why not just give the woman a PlayStation3 and a copy of Grand Theft Auto IV. I’m willing to bet that that would have been just as well received.
UPDATE: THE IPOD ALSO CONTAINED SOME OF OBAMA’S SPEECHES. WTF? HOW NARCISSISTIC IS THIS GUY? There was his speech at the 2004 DNC convention and his 2009 Inauguration Address as well as photos from the Inauraguration. Why would the QUEEN OF ENGLAND want any of that? How can she not get that as a gift and instantly think that the Americans are being led by some punk kid? Our nation is being run by a 15-year-old with his parent’s credit card. Jesus…
UPDATE: This is now a poster!!! Buy it at The Harrington Report Store!!
