Scott Brown, senator elect from Massachusetts, is demanding to be seated immediately.

UPDATE: 10:43:

The Boston Globe said that all of the votes should be in by now.  And that means he can fly to DC and start working today.

The ceremony is potentially scheduled for February 11, 2010.

Drudge:

“Campaign counsel for Senator-elect Scott Brown is requesting immediate certification of his election results… Developing…”

While I can’t seem to get the Google Doc, what I have deciphered is that Brown wants in now, Dems say wait until Feb. 11.

UPDATE: 6:47:

Gatewaypundit points out that state officials could have certified the results earlier, but didn’t until today.
