Two women are suing their former townhome wall-sharer and landlord after smoke “[came] into my house and hurts my health and my daughter’s health and our belongings.”
Really? This story truly is amazing because the smoke magically penetrated through a two hour firewall into their home.
The report states:
“After a year of stinging eyes, breathing difficulty and sinus pain, they moved out of Estancia and into the Homewood Suites in Addison. Last week, movers wearing surgical masks loaded trucks with their belongings.”
It also says that, six months after they launched a complaint, they renewed their lease…umm hello?!
The women moved out today.
The smoker…was issued a restraining order in June and moved to another unit.
